Weekly Check-In and Food
I felt electric this week, my weight is up to 150 again, and I didn’t miss any meals or workouts this week. Just one more week left for the inquiry but I will hopefully be carrying on the healthy habits I have developed here far past this inquiry.
Food
Over the course of the past 9 weeks, I have been eating more than ever. I have always loved food and cooking, but I would usually only eat 1-2 meals a day, and have always struggled with disordered eating. However for this experiment, I have forced myself to eat more, and I think my overall energy and productivity have improved because of it. Most of the recipes I make are not my own and a lot is from content creators on Instagram. So for this post, I have decided to give some credit and show where I got them from. Its content creators like this that inspire me to get in the kitchen and begin cooking my own meals. Starting with @chuckycruz on Instagram who has this wonderful roasted chicken with brown butter black vinegar sauce recipe.

Another favourite creator of mine is @cabbages.world on Instagram who does fantastic Japanese and Korean-inspired recipes. I tried this Tomato Miso Pasta with Shrimp Recently and it was probably one of the best things I have ever had.

Finally, there’s @shredhappens, who makes incredible low-carb food. Low-carb food isn’t necessarily something I am interested in, so I just add more carbs and it’s even more delicious. This recipe is his chicken shawarma bowl.
