Weekly Check In and Music
This week was awesome, I went 6 days this week and haven’t felt burntout at all. I think I’ll try to go a little easier next week just to let my body relax a bit so I don’t burnout in the future. We are up to 144 this week, so the progress is still going strong. I think the hardest thing so far is the dishes and laundry, but I’m going to look into meal prepping in the coming weeks.
This week I just wanted to share some of the music I have been listening to while working out. For me I simply can’t workout without music, I find it helps me stay dialled in and not lose concentration in the middle of a set. On the other hand it can also be distracting when your music switches to a song you weren’t expecting. To avoid that I use a Spotify playlist so I can always expect what song is going to play and never be caught off guard. Check it out down below!
